Halloween 2011

One of the things I love about my kids is they take great enjoyment out of creating a homemade Halloween costume. Best part? They usually don't want Mom's help - fine with me! Here they are right before the ward party...

Connor's been begging to be a vampire for years. Not the sparkling variety, but the truly dead, blood dripping down the mouth kind. He found this cape at Goodwill for $2.00, and the rest was in his closet, love it! I think he looks great.

We found this hat for Beth at Goodwill, too. She put the rest together. Never a green witch for her, she enjoys the excuse to put on makeup WAY too much! I think she's the prettiest witch I've ever seen. Grandma Hill will be proud!

Tyler wanted to be Superman with normal clothes - Again, fine with me! (That's red Superman symbol on his cheek. We talked him into it. Oh, AND his hair is greased over. That was important to him.)

Oliver is a BYU fan. There is something so comforting in seeing my kids with a big Y on their face...makes me feel all warm inside...

Pumpkins! We also let them draw whatever face they want, and then we try are darnedest to pull it off! Dave did the magic this year.

Great updates with all of the photos :)
Love the Halloween costumes! We did hand-me-down costumes around here.
Good job with the creativity, kids!
